Feasly Technologies Ltd (DIFC Company No. 10981), Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, provides this connection. This notice explains the information exchanged when you use Feasly in ChatGPT. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Before you connect or upload

Only submit information needed for the appraisal or model task and that you are authorised to share with both Feasly and ChatGPT. Check the whole file, including its filename, notes and embedded metadata. Remove unnecessary personal information; use project or tenant reference codes where possible. Do not submit payment-card data, protected health information, government-issued identifiers, passwords, API keys or access tokens. A file-format check does not establish that a file is free of sensitive information.

Connecting your account

Sign in through Feasly’s authentication service. The connection uses scoped credentials to call Feasly; do not share your password in chat. Feasly validates the connection and your current workspace, subscription and project permissions. Your organisation’s account and role information is used to identify and authorise that access.

Data used to carry out your requests

Depending on your requested action, Feasly receives calculation assumptions, project or model identifiers, requested changes, and files you choose to import. Opening the workspace returns the accessible project and deal list. Opening a model returns the requested inputs, source information, results and relevant warnings. Requested workspace information and results are returned to ChatGPT so it can answer your question and display the Feasly interface. Feasly receives information included in tool requests and selected uploads, rather than your entire ChatGPT conversation merely because you connect.

The connection supports authorised reading and, where available, creation, import, editing and scenarios. Successful changes are saved in your existing Feasly workspace and can be opened in the Feasly app. Review important changes and results. A quick appraisal runs without account linking and does not automatically create a saved Feasly model.

A file selected in this integration is uploaded to ChatGPT. ChatGPT provides a file reference that Feasly uses to retrieve the selected file for import. The original file can be stored in Feasly together with extracted model content, results and saved history.

ChatGPT and other service providers

OpenAI handles requests, selected uploads and returned information on the ChatGPT side of the interaction. Information returned to ChatGPT may be included in your conversation. Your ChatGPT plan, settings, terms and OpenAI’s Privacy Policy govern its handling of that information.

Feasly uses the information to authenticate and authorise access, carry out your requested modelling actions, maintain saved work, return results, and protect and support the service. Its application infrastructure includes Oracle Cloud hosting in the UAE and Cloudflare delivery and security. Supporting providers may process information in other countries. The saved-model tools do not themselves invoke Feasly’s separate Anthropic Analyst or ElevenLabs voice features. Those features have their own processing described in the Feasly Privacy Policy.

How long information remains

The schedules below cover the Feasly app, its sign-in service and the ChatGPT connection. Separate website-enquiry, email and optional marketing records are handled for their relevant purposes and are also considered when responding to applicable privacy requests.

The new automatic expiry schedules for Development Trash, usage analytics, voice verification records and resolved support take effect only after at least 30 days’ direct notice to affected customers. Until that activation, those records do not expire automatically; authorised erasure requests can still be completed. Service-log and recovery-copy limits apply independently of that notice period.

• Unsaved quick calculations: Feasly removes the temporary calculation directory when processing finishes, including handled failures. Copies in ChatGPT follow OpenAI’s applicable terms, plan and settings.
• Saved models and original files: models, original imports, versions, documents and results remain as saved workspace content until authorised deletion. An intentional copy in another authorised project or workspace remains that recipient’s saved copy.
• Development Trash: the retention period is 30 days before permanent removal from active Feasly storage. Automatic expiry will begin only after at least 30 days’ direct notice to affected customers. Until activation, Trash remains recoverable and does not expire automatically.
• Routine service records: application, web proxy and database service logs and authentication events are retained for no more than 30 days. Once the automatic expiry schedules take effect, usage analytics expire after 30 days and voice ingress and execution-verification records after 90 days. Ordinary workspace activity records remain with the workspace and are addressed by applicable erasure requests.
• Support and recovery: once the automatic expiry schedules take effect, resolved support requests and attachments expire 24 months after resolution, or earlier after a valid erasure request. Access-restricted recovery copies expire within 35 days, except a specifically justified and recorded hold. Subsequent deletions and sign-in blocks are reapplied before restored data is made available.
• Necessary exceptions: billing and tax records follow applicable statutory periods. Minimal opaque identifiers and deletion records, containing no model payload, transcript, name or email address, remain only as needed to prevent replay or recreation of erased identities and reconcile recovery. A legal or investigation hold has a recorded justification and a review date no more than 90 days away.
• ChatGPT copies: Feasly’s deletion process does not erase conversations or files held by OpenAI.

We respond to privacy requests without undue delay and within one calendar month of receipt, or sooner where applicable law requires. We normally complete valid active-storage erasure within 30 days after proportionate identity and authority checks, and comply with any shorter applicable deadline. If a permitted extension or specific legal restriction applies, we explain it within the response period. Account closure removes sign-in access and personal records; shared organisation content requires the organisation’s instructions. Disconnecting and deleting are separate

Use ChatGPT’s connected-app controls to disconnect Feasly, and contact [email protected] if you need help revoking access. Already-issued access tokens expire within five minutes under the integration’s token rules. Session or refresh credentials can keep an authorised connection active for longer than an individual token. Removing a connection does not delete saved Feasly models or copies already present in ChatGPT.

For Feasly account data, export, permanent deletion or other privacy rights requests, contact privacy@feasly.com. You can also use our contact form and choose Support. You do not need a Feasly account to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and authority. Do not email tokens, passwords or model files merely to identify the request. Applicable rights and complaint routes are in the Privacy Policy. Your organisation’s agreement and applicable rights continue to apply.

Contact support@feasly.com for sign-in, connection, import or model issues. Include the time, the tool or action, and the visible error. If the workspace asks you to finish account setup, follow its Open Feasly link and complete the normal setup. If account or project access is unavailable, check with your workspace owner or Feasly support.
